BASIC+ DUO

What “DUO” means in our type BASIC+ DUO will quickly become clear to everyone: “TWO”. Because these apartments with approx. 45-58 m² living space have two separate (sleeping) rooms, furnished like the BASIC+ with bed and desk as well as TV-board, wardrobe and shelves. Both rooms are connected by a common anteroom, with kitchen and dining table, from where you can also access the shared bathroom.

We have thought through our furnishing concept down to the last detail in order to make the best use of the space available to you. Even a color concept was developed especially for our Plug & Study Homes: modern, fresh and homely. Come and have a look at everything!
